ceilingSPORT Limited Warranty

Effective Date: 2022

Coverage:
ceilingSPORT products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Malfunction or failure of parts during normal use.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic issues.
  • Products used for commercial purposes or in non-residential settings.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow the product instructions.

What We Will Do:
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, ceilingSPORT will, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the defective product at no cost to the customer.
  2. Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal value.
  3. Provide a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

How to Submit a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. If requested, return the defective product to ceilingSPORT. (Shipping costs for the return may be reimbursed upon approval.)

Limitations:
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. ceilingSPORT is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the product.
